A European automotive parts chain requested our company to collaborate on the development of a lightweight brake disc for commercial vehicle axles. Over a two-month period, we conducted extensive experiments and tests, ultimately delivering inlaid cast products made from ductile iron and gray cast iron. These innovations effectively reduced the weight of the gray cast iron brake discs while enhancing their mechanical strength, resulting in a bulk order from the customer.

At the urgent request of a European commercial-vehicle components customer, our company undertook the rapid development of a commercial-vehicle brake disc. Following completion of the reverse engineering and measurement process, we manufactured 20 prototype units within 10 days and arranged for DHL express delivery. From the time the customer submitted the request to the receipt of the goods, only 16 days elapsed, thereby effectively ensuring timely delivery.
Solution Case Studies
In response to a request from a leading aftermarket chain in the North American market, we undertook the R&D of a high-end, wear-resistant brake disc. After two months of continuous experimentation and testing, we successfully launched the FNC brake disc for the customer. Under normal driving conditions, this disc can last up to 120,000–160,000 kilometers on the drive axle. The customer has since moved from sample trials to full-scale bulk procurement, demonstrating exceptionally high satisfaction with the product.
